Guide 02: Download the ACO Desktop App on a Windows Computer
In this guide you will learn how to download the ACO desktop app to give you easy access to the advanced features of the system, such as instant messaging and digital faxing on your work computer. It is optional to download the desktop app to your personal computer, as these features can also be accessed through a web browser when working remotely.
At the end of the Express Setup Activation (Guide 01:Activate your Account), you will be prompted to either download the app on your computer or use the web browser instead.
Step One: If you just completed the Express Setup Activation, you will see this screen. Select "Download the app".
Step Two: After the file downloads select "Open file" and the Avaya Cloud Setup will begin installing.
Step Three: Once the install in complete,select "Sign In"
Step Four: You have two options for signing in, you can use the ACO unique password that you created during the activation or you can use Single Sign-on (SSO) with your NESL credentials.

Step Five: ACO requires two-factor authentication. When you click the "By email to " button, you will receive an email with a code.
Step Six: Check your email for the unique security code and enter it into the ACO Desktop App.

Step Seven: You are now successfully logged in to the Desktop App on your computer. The Desktop App will automatically open every time you turn on your computer.
