Guide 01: Activate your ACO Account
In this guide you will learn how to activate your new ACO account from a link in your email, set up your ACO specific password, set up a pin number for voicemail, and setup your e911 information. Please note, Single Sign-On (SSO) will be available, which allows you to log in with your NESL credentials.
Step One: Open the email from Avaya Cloud Office to view your new phone system information. Select the "Set Up Account" button to start the activation process.

Step Two: You are now on the Express Setup activation page, first you will create a unique password for ACO.
Step Three: Create a 6-10 digit pin number,which will be used to check your voicemail messages.
Step Four: Choose to answer one of the security questions from the dropdown.Then click "Continue"
Step Five: Fill in the fields for e911. Customer Name should be "New England Law Boston". Your Street Address will be Stuart Street or Church Street,depending on your office location. In the Apartment/Suite field, please enter your Name and Office Number. Scroll down to click "Agree and Continue".

You have successfully completed the express set up. Next you will be prompted to download the Desktop App or Use the Web Browser. Please see Guide 02: Downloading the Desktop App to learn more.
